1. Acceptance of Terms

Our payment processing is handled by PayFast (Pty) Ltd. Your use of PayFast is subject to their terms and conditions, which are separate from ours.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gift of Sight Trust and Parallel Tech PTY Ltd from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), Act 4 of 2013.
